Thinking About Buying A Home?
We’re Here to Guide You Through the Process!
The Clifford Realty
Home Buying Process
STEP 1
Initial Consultation with Buyer
We meet with the buyer to determine their needs, wants, and goals for purchasing a home. We’ll also discover the buyer’s preferred neighborhoods.
STEP 2
Pre-Qualification & Showings
The next step is to get pre-qualified for a loan to determine how much the buyer qualifies for. This narrows down available homes on the market.
STEP 3
Make an Offer & Contract Negotiation
After the buyer finds the perfect home, it’s time to make the winning offer! We help with contract negotiations to get the best deal for the buyer.
STEP 4
The Escrow Process Begins
Escrow typically takes 30 to 45 days and includes appraisal, home and pest inspections, repair requests, and final loan approval.
STEP 5
Close of Escrow & Receiving Keys
Closing includes a final walkthrough and signing closing docs. Once loan is funded and recorded, buyer receives the keys to their next adventure!
STEP 6
The Adventure Continues
We stay connected, provide local resources and recommendations, and are available for all your real estate needs as your trusted Realtor for life.
